September Book List
The new month of September starts tomorrow and I have a group of books I am dying to get. I do not know if I will be able to read them all in one month (I am a slow reader) but it will be fun trying! Some of them were introduced to me Continue reading

Oldie But Goodie
Hello! I thought I would do a repost from when I first started my blog. This is an oldie but a goodie!
There was a particular question which a soon to be fan of my book asked me that I thought would be best to let Trent answer since he is the vampire. Here is the question and his answer.
Is the world of Vampires known to everyone in your book? If not, how do they stay hidden from the world? How do they feed without being “found”?

I am glad Elizabeth has let me answer this question since it is right up my alley. I will try to answer it as best I can.
Some vampires feed out right without worry and end up killing the victim. When this is done normally the neck is ripped out and then it looks like another homicide. Which is normal in a city like Continue reading
The World’s First Vampire?
DISCLAIMER! THIS ARTICLE WAS WRITTEN BY MOONLIGHT FROM VAMPIRES.COM. I JUST ENJOYED IT SO MUCH THAT I WANTED TO SHOW IT TO EVERYONE. VAMPIRES.COM IS A GREAT SITE THAT HAS LOTS OF GREAT ARTICLES TO OFFER. THIS IS JUST ONE OF THEM!
Dating back 6,000 years ago is what is believed to be the first recorded vampire – the edimmu of Mesopotamia (also known as the ekimmu). This angry and violent victim of an improper burial not only drank the blood of those that passed by, but would also suck them dry of their life force as well, making them not only one of the first bloodsuckers, but also the first psychic vampires.
The edimmu’s anger was mainly directed toward those that had not followed its funeral rites correctly – if someone died and you didn’t give them the burial they deserved, then Continue reading
To Brand or Not To Brand
I just came to a revelation. I don’t believe myself to be an expert. You see, I have been reading books on how to market your brand, which essentially isn’t just your book but is also yourself. At least that is what I am gathering from all of the different books and websites I am reading.
The problem with this is that if you are a brand you are suppose to be Continue reading
Blog Tour Update
So far scheduling a blog tour is going really good. I already have 14 blog hosts set up with dates. This is going to be so much fun! I really hope it gets more people interested in picking up a copy of Vampyre Kisses.
I will post the blog tour schedule after I have the 20 blogs all confirmed. I really hope everyone is getting as excited about this as I am!
This is really taking a lot more time then I thought it would to set up. But I am still trying to find time to work on the second book that I still hope to have done by the end of this year.
I am sorry that I have been neglecting my blog but I hope for things to come back to normal soon.
What does everyone think about the blog tour?
Liz ^_^
