Going Indie Thursday
Editing… How much is too much? This is what we are going to be talking about today for the simple fact that, that is what I am going through right now with my second book, Werewolf Descent. ![]()
First, lets organize.
- I wrote the book
- I got two beta readers to go over it (and made editing changes)
- I am having it edited by a pro
- I am going over the edits and deciding what to change (I agree with) and what not to.
The last I am doing by re-reading the whole book even if there are not marks for changes. I am doing that because this is the editing phase and I may see something that he didn’t or have a second thought on what a character should say or do and so on and so forth. It’s another Thursday, which means tomorrow is Friday and the weekend is ALMOST here!
For today’s Indie Thursday I thought I would let you know what is going on with the book. Last week I received the first 50 pages (14K words) back from my editor. When Death Takes From You
